Account access is role-based (admin, leader, member). Users are responsible for safeguarding access credentials and for activities performed under their account.

  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to church systems, data, or user accounts.
  • Do not upload or submit harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.

4. Form Submissions and Communication

Service requests, ministry applications, and related forms may be sent to church-managed email and processed by authorized staff and leaders. Submission does not guarantee approval or immediate action.

5. Content and Ministry Information

Website content is for ministry, communication, and informational purposes. OWCF may update, edit, or remove content, events, and schedules without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

OWCF provides this website on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for service interruption, data transmission delays, or third-party platform outages beyond our control.

7. Termination or Suspension

OWCF may suspend or remove access to any account that violates these Terms, compromises security, or misuses church systems.
